Climate change once again hit the news at the 11th Ministerial Meeting of the Arctic Council. Most of the member states agreed that Climate Change was a clear and present danger that required extremely careful stewardship, and nowhere more so than up in the arctic region. Except for the Trump Administration, in the form of Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, who represented a voice of dissent that effectively blocked any progress.
