Curiosity - Courage - Collaboration

Summary - According to the book blitzscaling, a diverse company is defined as a place where people have the same cause, some values and different backgrounds. Though these values might mean something slightly differently to some, they remain the main drivers in our decision making process (Rule 2) and are central to how we behave. It is still a work in progress!

We believe in the intrinsic motivation to explore, keep asking questions and seek first to understand is what drives us. Ultimately it is curiosity that makes us seek out new horizons and go above and beyond. We experiment, have fun, and stay positive because we know that everything is impossible, until it is not.

It takes courage, true grit and sometimes almost shear determination to create that future we will never stop working for. We remain hopeful and positive even when failing continuously, not just because of the fun we have while failing but because we know that we learn while failing. Only by working together, freely sharing insights and ideas in a decentralized world, will we achieve a sustainable future. We believe in positive-sum games and win-wins for all. That means we work with open-source tools in digital native solutions, do not trade our time for money and help others selflessly to achieve our true potential. We trust others, as this is the highest form of motivation. This trust is created through honesty, openness and transparency.

Achieve True Potential
